海滩安全

夏天去海滩是个好主意，

可以野餐、堆沙堡、玩板球、散步、游泳等等。

你做安全选择的话在大海里游泳是安全的。

去有 lifeguards 的海滩。

大海的威力很大。

海滩会有很强的 rips （离岸流）。

Rip是一种急流，能将人拖向大海。

陷入rip就很难摆脱。海浪足以把你拖到水下。

如果你需要帮助，举手叫lifeguards。

你在海滩可能会看到这些安全告示。

务必遵守安全告示，需要帮助的话问lifeguard。

如果你游泳没有把握，记住这几条提示：

直和其他人一起游泳，不要单独游。

避免浮潜、冲浪或风帆冲浪等水上运动。

不了解水情就不要下水。

水和地点的情况可能会影响安全，比如：水深、水流、海浪的强度，或是否有鲨鱼或蜇人的东西。

小心会在水中咬你或蜇你的海洋生物。

有些海滩有e stingers ，比如水母，甚至有鲨鱼。当心！

另外还有些提示：

  • 孩子玩沙时要注意看着。
  • 贴近些提供帮助，这样他们就不会被埋进沙子里。
  • 在烈日下注意保护自己，多喝水！
